INDUSTRIES WE SERVE
Chain Drive Solutions for Diverse Industrial Applications
Select chain sprockets and roller chain sprockets by equipment layout, chain load, operating conditions, wear exposure and replacement requirements.
Material handling & conveyors
Conveyor sprockets for belts, rollers and transfer lines are selected by chain pitch, continuous load, alignment and wear.
Agricultural machinery
Agricultural machinery sprockets for farm equipment face dust and debris, with seasonal service and replacement requirements.
Packaging equipment
For indexing and transfer equipment, packaging machine sprockets are selected by pitch accuracy, compact layouts and frequent starts.
Mining & building materials
Mining and building materials equipment calls for heavy duty sprockets around shock loads, abrasive dust and long service intervals.
Food-processing equipment
Corrosion and cleaning requirements guide food processing sprockets, including material and finish choices for production lines.
Woodworking machinery
Sawdust, repeated motion and scheduled maintenance shape woodworking machine sprockets for cutting equipment.
Bucket elevators
Bucket elevator sprockets for vertical conveying are selected around chain load, shaft interface, hub dimensions and wear conditions.
OEM machinery & MRO
Custom sprockets and replacement sprockets, including OEM sprockets, support MRO orders based on drawings, samples, worn parts or confirmed dimensions.
MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY
Precision sprocket manufacturing from machining to heat treatment.
From raw material cutting through CNC turning, tooth hobbing or shaping, keyway machining, heat treatment, surface treatment and final inspection, our sprocket manufacturing process follows a clear production sequence. This supports dimensional accuracy, consistent tooth profiles and reliable industrial performance. Process details can be matched to your drawing, sample or confirmed requirements.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Practical information before requesting a quotation.
Answers are deliberately concise and bounded by what can be confirmed during engineering review. Read More FAQ →
What information is required for a sprocket quotation?
Send the chain standard and size, tooth count, bore and keyway details, hub configuration, material preference, quantity and any drawing or sample photographs available.
Can you manufacture custom sprockets from drawings or samples?
Drawing- and sample-led development is supported. Feasibility, tolerances, material and inspection requirements are confirmed during technical review.
Which ANSI, DIN, ISO, BS and JIS standards are supported?
Requirements can be reviewed against these standards, but the exact chain series and applicable dimensions must be confirmed in the order drawing.
What bore, keyway, hub and bushing options are available?
Typical options include pilot and finished bores, keyways, set screws, single or double hubs, taper-lock and QD-style interfaces, subject to drawing review.
Which materials and heat treatments are available?
Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron and engineering plastics can be considered. Final material and treatment depend on load, wear, corrosion and cost requirements.
How do I select tooth count and sprocket size?
Selection should consider chain size, speed ratio, shaft centres, wrap angle, transmitted load and operating conditions. Send the drive data if you need engineering support.
Can you supply small batches and repeat OEM orders?
Batch feasibility and repeat-order controls depend on the component, tooling and confirmed specification. Include the initial and expected repeat quantity in your RFQ.
What inspection reports can be provided?
Available documents must be agreed before quotation. Request the specific material, hardness or dimensional records your project requires.
