PRODUCT RANGE / YZEFY SPROCKETS
All chain sprockets
YZEFY Sprockets manufactures standard and custom chain sprockets for industrial drives, conveyors, OEM machinery and replacement work. Use this page to choose the right product family, then open the product page for the relevant mounting style or application.

Product overview
Start with the chain. Confirm its standard, series, pitch and strand count before comparing tooth counts or outside diameters. If the chain or sprocket is not clearly identified, send a drawing, sample or dimensioned photo for review.
Browse by standard or product family
Sprockets by chain standard
Choose the sprocket standard that matches your roller chain specification. Start from the chain standard and series, then select the required sprocket size, tooth count and bore.
- ANSI Sprockets for ANSI roller chain series
- BS Sprockets for British Standard roller chain series
- DIN Sprockets for DIN roller chain applications
- ISO Sprockets based on ISO roller chain specifications
- JIS Sprockets for JIS roller chain series
Standard roller chain sprockets
These pages cover standard roller chain drives. Choose by sprocket shape, hub arrangement or number of chain strands.
- Type A plate sprockets for flat, hubless sprocket plates
- Type B and Type C hub sprockets for shaft-mounted sprockets with an integral hub
- Simplex, duplex and triplex sprockets for one, two or three chain strands
- Taper lock and QD sprockets for removable bushing systems
Drive and conveyor sprockets
These pages cover power transmission and material handling systems.
- Transmission sprockets for driving and driven roller chain arrangements
- Conveyor chain sprockets for material handling, drag conveyor and elevator systems
- Idler and tensioner sprockets for chain guidance and slack control
- Double pitch sprockets for extended-pitch chain and conveyor applications
Custom and replacement sprockets
These pages are for parts that follow a drawing, worn component, fixed installation constraint or OEM specification.
- Custom chain sprockets made to drawings, samples or defined dimensions
- Split sprockets for installation around an existing shaft where the design permits
- Weld-on sprockets for fabricated hubs, plates, tubes or carriers
- Replacement sprocket assemblies for worn drives and conveyor stations
- OEM sprockets for drawing-controlled machinery and repeat production
Choose by technical requirement
- Chain standard: Start with the chain reference, such as ANSI, DIN, ISO, BS or JIS. Similar-looking designations are not automatically interchangeable.
- Chain size and pitch: Provide the complete chain series, not only a nominal size or tooth count. Review transmission sprockets or conveyor chain sprockets when the chain type is known.
- Teeth number: Confirm the driver and driven teeth, speed ratio, chain wrap, center distance and available space. The required tooth count may differ between chain series. See transmission sprockets for drive selection.
- Strand count: Choose simplex, duplex or triplex sprockets when the drive uses one, two or three chain rows.
- Bore and mounting: Choose plate, hub, taper lock or QD, split or weld-on construction according to the shaft, keyway, bushing and installation access.
- Material and surface treatment: Consider load, speed, dust, moisture, washdown, corrosion, impact and operating hours before selecting the material or treatment. Use custom chain sprockets or OEM sprockets when the requirement is drawing-controlled.
- Application: Use transmission sprockets for power transfer, conveyor sprockets for material handling, custom or OEM sprockets for machine-specific parts, and replacement assemblies for maintenance work.
A simple selection path
- Identify the chain. Record the standard, series, pitch, roller dimensions and strand count.
- Choose the product family. Decide whether the part is a standard drive sprocket, conveyor sprocket, idler, tensioner, custom part or replacement assembly.
- Confirm the mounting. Provide bore, shaft diameter, keyway, hub length, bushing, split line or weld-on interface as applicable.
- Confirm the duty. State speed, load, operating hours and the main environmental conditions.
- Send the drawing when needed. A controlled drawing, sample or clear dimensioned photo helps resolve non-standard requirements before quotation.
Information for a quotation
Please provide:
- Chain standard, series, pitch and strand count
- Teeth number and whether the part is driving, driven, idling or tensioning
- Bore, shaft diameter, keyway, hub, bushing or mounting details
- Material, heat treatment or surface treatment, if specified
- Quantity, application, delivery requirement and drawing or sample information
Request a quote
For a standard chain sprocket, send the chain designation, teeth, bore and quantity. For a custom, replacement or OEM part, add the drawing, sample photos or worn-part dimensions. YZEFY Sprockets will review the chain compatibility and mounting requirements before preparing a quotation.
